Francine J. Sanders, M.A., film scholar, educator and writer, will celebrate movies with a teacher and teaching theme. From the days of early cinema, teachers and classrooms have been the subject (no pun intended!) of many great films here and abroad. Under consideration: Goodbye, Mr. Chips, Dead Poets Society, To Sir, With Love, The Kindergarten Teacher, Mr. Holland’s Opus, The Class and School of Rock.
