Course Description

This required course for broker post-licensing will provide a deeper understanding of topics such as the Real Estate License Act, types of properties, industry-specific positions, taxes in Illinois and the listing process from start to finish. Students will learn through role play, real life scenarios and simulation activities. 
Prerequisite:
Broker Pre-License Topics (60 Hrs.)
Broker Pre-License Applied Real Estate Principles-Interactive (15 Hrs.)
Corequisite:
Illinois Required Broker Post-Licensing: Risk Management/Discipline   
Illinois Required Broker Post-Licensing: Transactional Issues
