Course Description

The 75-Hour Real Estate Broker Pre-License course combines the instruction of the required 60-hour Topics course with the 15-hour interactive course.  

REAL ESTATE BROKER PRE-LICENSE TOPICS The class covers the most recent legislative changes, including updates to the Real Estate License Act of 2000, and new practices in Illinois. Benefit from complete coverage of topics such as agency, brokerage, license law, contracts, and financing.

BROKER PRE-LICENSE: APPLIED REAL ESTATE PRINCIPLES-INTERACTIVE Apply the knowledge gained in the Broker Pre-License Topics class to real-life scenarios to ensure that current rules and regulations are being applied in the correct way. Topics include listing, fraud, fair housing, discrimination, offers, and property types. Upon completion of this course, students will have been introduced and prepared to apply the necessary topics for the State of Illinois Real Estate Exam.
