Memory has played a key role for moviemakers across decades and continents. For this new class, Francine J. Sanders, M.A., film scholar and writer, will look at eight memory-themed movies from around the world. Under consideration: Rashomon, Vertigo, Wild Strawberries, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Blade Runner, The Pawnbroker, and The Sweet Hereafter.
